What to expect
Four hours of learning what your voice can do.
01 — Scenario pacing
The Oberst runs the shift. You’re embedded – watching, then participating. The pace is deliberate. The pressure builds.
02 — Live procedure
Inspection. Correction. Escalation. You’ll see how a prisoner is processed – then you’ll do it yourself. Real hands. Real voice. Real compliance.
03 — Hands-on actions
Your hands. Your orders. Supervised, corrected, refined. By hour three, you’ll stop thinking about what to do – you’ll just do it.
04 — Debrief and aftercare
Debrief and decompress. What worked. What surprised you. What you’ll do differently next time – because there will be a next time.
