1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with kinkyjail.com (the ‘Service’).

2. Eligibility

The Service is offered to adults only (18+).

3. Booking and screening

All bookings require screening. A booking is only confirmed once the date, duration, and deposit (if requested) are agreed in writing.

4. Consent and safety

All scenarios are consensual roleplay between adults with negotiated limits, stop signals, and aftercare. No intoxicants are permitted.

5. Health and disclosure

You agree to disclose relevant physical or mental health conditions that could affect safety. You confirm you can participate safely within negotiated limits.

6. Refusal and termination

We may refuse or terminate a booking at any time if safety, consent, or respectful conduct cannot be maintained. In such cases, fees may still apply depending on stage and costs.

7. Deposits and cancellation

Cancellation terms:
– Cancel 7+ days before the session: 100% deposit back.
– Cancel 3-6 days before the session: 50% deposit back.
– Cancel up to 3 days before the session: 0% deposit back.

8. Late arrival

Late arrival shortens the booked time unless otherwise agreed.

9. Payments

Payment methods and timing are confirmed during booking. Any agreed travel or venue costs are billed additionally where applicable.

10. Photography and media

No recording is permitted without explicit written consent by all parties. Face visibility is opt-in.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat personal information and session details with discretion.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct damages arising from proven negligence. Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

13. Third-party venues

Where services are delivered in third-party venues, venue rules and local requirements apply in addition to these terms.

14. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. The version in effect at the time of booking applies.
